When she’s not serving her clients, Ashley enjoys life on the golf course as a member of both Brentwood Country Club and the exclusive Troubadour Golf & Field Club. She finds balance in simple joys—like walking with her dog, Brookie, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Courtney launched her real estate career following 15 years in business development and finance, bringing with her a strong foundation in strategy, numbers, and relationships. Early on, she spent several years analyzing and structuring multimillion-dollar debt transactions in the Middle Tennessee market before moving into business development, where she focused on expanding and strengthening relationships within national healthcare systems.

Alongside her corporate career, Courtney began personally investing in real estate, quickly realizing where her passion lay. Ultimately, she left the corporate world to pursue real estate full-time, combining her diverse professional background with her love for helping clients achieve their goals.

Courtney approaches every real estate transaction with a comprehensive, and very hands-on approach. Whether it’s creating listing strategies to deliver top returns for sellers, researching and sourcing off-market properties, refining floor plans for optimal functionality, or connecting clients to trusted vendors, she thrives on being engaged at every level of the process.

Beyond real estate, Courtney embraces the best of Nashville living—whether it’s running local greenways, hiking scenic park trails, gathering friends together at local restaurants, or working on her golf swing so she can keep up with Ashley and Kayley on the course. 

Kayley is a former collegiate athlete who brings the same discipline, drive, and competitive spirit she honed on the golf course into her real estate career. After playing four years of golf at Auburn University, where she majored in kinesiology, she pursued professional golf and competed in Q School in 2024.

Her journey has since led her to real estate sales, where for the past five months she has been learning, growing, and truly loving the industry. Kayley is passionate about helping others make meaningful moves in their lives.

Originally from Suwanee Ga], Kayley now calls The Nations home, where she and her boyfriend recently purchased their first house. They share it with their energetic four-year-old golden retriever, Koda.

Outside of real estate, Kayley stays active—working out, playing sports, and enjoying any activity that keeps her moving. Her athletic mindset and commitment to excellence continue to shape her approach to both life and business.
